MY STORY
began when I was 7 years old and dreamed of becoming an Obstetrician. I knew from a young age I wanted to be near birth and a part of welcoming new life.
But life, of course, took me on its own path and it actually wasn’t until the birth of my little one, Valentina, that I was reminded of my heart’s dream— to be close to the transformative experience of birth…
My birth experience was long, challenging, and profoundly life-changing. It unveiled a strength, resilience, and power within me that I never knew I had.
Giving birth reminded me of where I truly belong—helping others feel that same sense of empowerment and confidence during their birthing journey.
MY MISSION
is to nurture a community of empowered, informed, and supported families who feel confident in documenting and celebrating their birth and motherhood experiences!

Valentina’s infectious giggle and radiant smile light up my world. Her strong voice and confident personality amaze me every day, and she keeps life exciting with her wild spirit. Motherhood has been the most incredible journey, and loving Valentina has been the greatest gift of my life.
Eric and I met in Colorado four years ago, despite growing up in the same town in Virginia without ever knowing each other. Something drew me to move to Colorado without ever visiting first, and now I realize it was the universe’s way of bringing us together—he has become my biggest supporter and I wouldn’t be able to do this work without him.
Traveling truly excites me. I am fueled by a never-ending search for adventure and a love for immersing myself in different cultures. I also find that hiking and being outdoors are my ways of grounding myself, helping me reconnect and recharge, especially after a birth.
I am a thrill-seeker who thrives on a good horror movie and the kick of a spicy cocktail, reflecting my adventurous spirit and zest for life in everything I do.

This is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and Transgender safe space. I believe doula support should be available to all types of families and birth stories, regardless of their identity, background, or circumstances.
