So how does this work?
Prior to booking, we meet virtually for your initial consultation. During this meeting, we get to know each other a little bit and we discuss my role in your birth space. At 37 weeks, I am on call for you! This means that my bags are packed, my clothes are laid out, and my batteries are fully charged. I am ready to attend your birth no matter what time of day it is.
It's finally here! Your birth day!
I will arrive at around active labor but we will stay in communication during the last few weeks of your pregnancy and throughout early labor. I tell all of my clients that there is no such thing as TMI!
I stay with you to document your story as it unfolds. All of those intimate moments, the tiny details, and those first moments with your baby. I am with you for labor, birth, and up to 2 hours of the immediate postpartum period.
I know one size does not fit all. Let's work together to create a combination of services that fits your family.
